Summary
On Behalf of our client, Manpower is seeking to recruit a Data Solutions Specialist.

Job Responsibilities :

• Develop scripts in T-SQL, C#, PowerShell, or Python and small applications for automation.
• Develop API integrations with core systems and third-party data sources.
• Maintain, enhance, and create workflows, functions, and configurations within relevant system environments.
• Work closely with end-users to maintain, optimize, create, test, and manage complex workflow rules, data validation, and triggers.
• Thoroughly document implemented workflows and data maps, including any technical considerations.
• Understand new data maps required, propose solutions, and conduct feasibility analysis.
• Deliver data collection and supervisory system projects on schedule and with high quality.
• Coordinate with technology and project management teams to ensure total product quality and integration with all relevant applications and processes.
• Stay up-to-date on new system features, key user pain points, and functionality.
• Coordinate with technical teams for the management of web servers, back-end operational database environments, file sharing services, and other technologies as needed.
• Support the Business Intelligence and Analytics teams in understanding the operational data architecture and inform/involve them in ongoing changes to deliver best-in-class insights and analytics to business users.
• Perform daily administrative tasks and address any production support issues as required.
• Perform any other related duties assigned by Technology and Information Security management.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Director, Deputy Director, Head, Senior Manager, or Manager.

Requirements :

- Possess a University Degree (MQF level 6) in Computer Science with 4 years of relevant experience OR possess a diploma (MQF level 5) in Computer Science with 5 years of relevant experience;
- Preference for candidates with longer relevant working experience;
- Experience in administering an Enterprise CRM or ERP platform, including process flow design and implementation;
- Experience with Enterprise Web Applications, Database operations, and SQL in a Microsoft stack environment;
- Mentor colleagues and share technical matters via WIKI and verbal communication;
- Confident in managing highly complex processes involving cross-functional teams;
- Confident and articulate communicator capable of driving strong collaboration across multi-disciplinary functions;
- Strong in analytical, problem-solving, and planning skills;
- Customer-service oriented;
- Able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment;
- Good communicator in both Maltese and English.
